Much of what you’ll eat in the Mavis’s Kitchen restaurant comes from our organic vegetable and herb garden that meanders through the orchard.

Our produce thrives on subtropical rain, sunshine, organic fertilisers and tender loving care from our resident horticulturist Jackie and her son Josh.

If you arrive early, you might see our chefs out in the garden, picking the produce for the day. Food really doesn’t get any fresher than that and you can taste the difference!
